Guidance Counselors
The School of Engineering and Computer Science seeks a qualified and diverse student body. We are committed to recruiting students from groups traditionally underrepresented in the engineering and computing professions.
As part of the University of Denver, programs in the School of Engineering and Computer Science are fully accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. In addition, the programs of the Department of Engineering are accredited by ABET (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology), the sole accreditation authority for engineering programs in the United States. - The cost of attending the University of Denver can be cut dramatically with available financial aid. Each year, DU offers nearly $87 million in both need-based and merit-based scholarships and grants to students. More than 80% of our first year students receive aid in amounts that can in some cases equal the total cost of tuition. For students demonstrating financial need, the average award exceeds $19,900 annually. To ensure the best financial award possible, students are encouraged to complete a financial aid application as soon after January 1st as possible.
